Ingredients
2 tbsp cocoa
5 egg whites
300 g chocolate
5 eggs
250 g butter
200 g flour
200 g of powdered sugar
Method
Eggs and half powdered sugar is broken down by means of mixer in a deep bowl. Add flour and stirring was continued, but at a lower level. Was added pre-melted butter, and the mixture was stirred. Chocolate is crushed into pieces and melt in a water bath. Added to other products, where it is cooled, but not yet cured, and mix everything. Finally Beat the egg whites with powdered sugar soft snow and add to mixture. Stirred with a spatula in a single direction. Distributed into greased and sprinkled with cocoa refractory shapes. Dessert bake in a preheated oven at 200C degrees for 10-12 minutes. Chocolate souffle served, decorated with whipped cream, chocolate topping or fresh fruit.
