Chops with liver and mushrooms

Ingredients
600-800 g beef or pork chops boneless
frying fat
4-8 chicken livers
12-16 fresh mushrooms
pepper
salt
4 fried peppers
mashed potatoes
tomato
parsley
Method
Chops are crushed with a wooden mallet, salting, the scatter with pepper and fry in fat. Put in a heated vessel. Fried livers and mushrooms are cut into small pieces. After removing to scatter with a pinch of salt and pepper. Distributed over the steaks and pour a little oil from frying. Are arranged around the fried peppers, mashed potatoes and slices of tomatoes, decorated with sprigs of parsley.
