Couscous with Spinach

Ingredients
200 g couscous
1 stalk green onion
1 carrot
200 g spinach
3-4 tbsp tomato juice
3-4 tbsp olive oil
1 pinch savory, basil, marjoram
sprigs of parsley and celery
100 g cheese

Method
Green onion is cut and stew with grated carrot, 3-4 tbsp olive oil and a little water. Then add milled spinach, tomato juice, spices (maybe ground black pepper). Add salt to taste, add the finely chopped sprigs of parsley and celery and stew until the fat remains. Cous-Kusa is boiled in salted water, mix with the vegetables and mix well. Serve warm in a deep dish and top grate cheese.
