Crackers with cottage cheese

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups (300 g) flour
1 and 1/4 cup (250 g) pork lard
250 g cottage cheese
salt

Method
Of flour, the lard, the cottage cheese and mix a little salt medium hard dough, which is rolled into a sheet of thick 5-6 mm. The sheet is sprinkled with salt and cut into strips 8.10 cm long and 1 cm wide, which are wrapped like a spiral and are arranged on a tray. Bake in a moderately hot oven until browned.
