Cream with almonds

Ingredients
100 g almonds
100 g of sugar for the caramel almonds
1 tbsp butter
500 ml milk
200 g sugar
3 eggs
2 tbsp starch
Method
Almonds are peeled and roasted slightly. Knead with sugar and place in a greased casserole dish with butter. The mixture is stirred until the sugar is caramelized almonds and cover. Pour into a greased baking dish with butter, cool as fuck are small pieces. Milk, sugar and egg yolks are broken down very well. The mixture is placed on the fire until boil. Add to boiling mixture is added to a stream of starch (broken with a little water). Boil until thickened. Whip with a little sugar on snow. Leave a little of the mixture for garnish. To cooked and cold cream add egg whites and almonds. Mix well and distribute into bowls of ice cream. Top sprayed one egg white roses.
