Dolmas Chinese microwave

Ingredients
1 large head cabbage
200 g pork
1 cup long-grain rice
1/2 leeks
50 g almond nuts
1 cube chicken broth
3-4 slices of ginger or 1/2 tsp dried
3 tbsp soy sauce
1/4 tsp sesame sunflower oil
pepper
salt
Method
The stem is removed and the cabbage is boiled for 10 minutes in boiled water under the lid, placing upside down. Rice, pour 1 cup hot water and stew the average power of microwave under cover until absorb the water. Minced meat is kneaded with chopped leeks and ginger 2 tbsp soy sauce, sesame sunflower oil, salt and pepper. Add ground almond nuts and cooled rice is kneaded. Cabbage is cooled, its leaves are removed kochanchetata removed. Twist dolmas, rank in the glass pot (2 l) and grout in 300-400 ml hot water broth. Insert 1 tbsp soy sauce, Cover with a plate, bake 30 minutes of moderate microwave under cover.

When I read the recipe all seems very tasty. But if there was any indication as to how many servings is going to be -well, because you need to know in advance how many people need to prepare meals.

This will go at least 15 stuffed cabbage. I'm just not convinced that will Constipation in the microwave! But it is worth to try!
