Dolmas with rice and leeks

Ingredients
2 small pickled cabbage
400 g rice
500 g onion
2 leeks
1 cup (200 ml) sunflower oil
garlic
vinegar
pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Cutting the leaves of cabbage by trimming back the hard part. Fry the onion in half of the oil, add finely chopped leek stew is then added and the rice. Make a little water and boil to ponababne rice. Add red pepper, salt and pepper to taste. The dolmas are wrapped and placed close to the saucepan, the bottom of which is covered with finely chopped greens. Top, pour the remaining sunflower oil, the dolmas covered with water and stacked with a plate. Boil on low heat. Upon presentation can podluchat with garlic and vinegar.
