Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup (500 g) flour
1 tsp (10 g) yeast
2 tsp (10 g) salt
200 g feta cheese
125 g butter
Method
Sift the flour in the middle of it is done well, which put 1 / 4 teaspoon salt, yeast and water fuzzy. Kneaded dough which, after the rise, are rolled sheet with a thickness of 2-3 mm. Each sheet sprinkled with crumbled feta cheese and cut into squares whose sides 6-7 cm. Squares are folded in two, the feta cheese remains in the cavity and press the edges. Is placed in boiling salted water. When boiled, are removed with latticed spoon, drain is arranged in a baking dish and pour gently fried with fresh butter. Serve warm.
