Ingredients
1 lettuce
100 g spinach
1 bunch radishes
1 bunch spring onions
5-6 sprigs of parsley
# For the sauce:
100-120 g feta cheese
2 peppers
6- 8 tbsp sunflower oil
2 tbsp vinegar
pepper
Method
Lettuce and spinach Wash, dry and cut into julienne. Put them in a bowl. Other vegetables cut into in large pieces and add to salad. Add salt to taste and stir. Roasted peppers to the sauce bruised in a mortar with the oil, add the feta cheese and crushing to the consistency of paste. Season with vinegar and pepper. Just before serving pour over salad.
