Egg dish with sausage

Ingredients
100 g sausage
1 tbsp fat
1/2 leeks
1/2 onion
1 egg
salt
pepper
savory
Method
Leeks and Onions finely and sauté in the oil with a pinch of salt. Add sausage, allow to warm and sprinkle with paprika. Pour in the egg and after 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and sprinkle with savory.
