Eggplant salad with onions

Ingredients
2 eggplants
1 onion
1 red pepper
oil
pepper
salt
Method
Washed eggplants baked under the grill until the crust becomes almost black. Rinse with cold water, vnimatenlo remove the crust, the core being crushed with a spoon and was added dropwise to oil until a smooth thick slurry. Add the chopped onion, pepper, salt. Around arrange thin slices of red pepper and serve.
