Eggs in Irish

Ingredients
4 thick slices of ham
4 eggs
4 slices of bread
2 yolks
2 tsp lemon juice
125 g butter
vegetables of your choice
sprinkling of dill
Method
Meat screw in oil fsunflower and fired on medium heat. Yolks fried bread crumbs, stirring constantly. The vegetables are cut and placed on the baked meat. Watered with strong hot butter and sprinkle with egg crumbs. On each piece of meat clicks on an egg, bake in a very hot oven. After removing pour lemon juice and sprinkle with dill.
