Ingredients
300 g veal
250 g chicken
2 bell peppers (optional and may one chili pepper)
1-2 tomatoes
1/2 leeks
1 large onion or small 2
3 tbsp rice
2 carrots
1-2 potatoes
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp paprika
1 stalk celery or a slice of root
1/2 bunch parsley
4-5 sprigs of mint
1-2 bay leaves 2 grains allspice, 1 tsp Tharos (tarragon), 1 tsp lovage, salt, pepper

Method
Beef is boiled in a pressure cooker with salt. In a separate pot, boil the chicken until ready. Meat broths with their place in a common pot and add all the vegetables (and rice), chopped, with the exception of tomatoes and potatoes. Boil 40 minutes then add tomatoes, potatoes and spices. Boil for 30 minutes. Finally, sprinkle with fresh herbs. Eggs are broken and place of stream to cross.

Nice soup, put in favorites.
I make it in 2-3 times already, always becomes very tasty. Maybe more rice or potatoes to thicken.
