Fast chutney

Ingredients
10 kg red peppers
3.5 kg eggplants
1 kg tomato paste
200 g honey
2 bunches of parsley
500 ml sunflower oil
Method
Peppers and eggplants are baked, peel, allowed to drain nice and ground with the machine. Place a tomato paste. Stir and add salt to taste. Pour a honey and wash, dried and chopped parsley. Mix everything nice. The oil becomes heated and boiling flows stirring constantly, until absorbed by the mixture. Fill jars, close and cook about half an hour. There are about 24 jam jars.
