Ingredients
# For the base:
5 eggs
5 tbsp sugar
5 tbsp flour
10 g baking powder (1 packet)
# For the cream:
125 g butter
1 cup milk
3-4 tbsp flour or starch
3-4 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 vanilla
# For the chocolate glaze:
140-150 g chocolate
50 ml sunflower oil
# For the filling:
kisses
almonds (walnuts)
jam cherries, orange peels or pieces of sweet figs
Method
The base is prepared as egg whites are broken down into foam with sugar. Add the beaten egg yolks and flour sifted with baking powder. Gently mix. The dough is spread out on a baking sheet and place in a baking dish. Bake in a moderate oven. For the cream the butter mix of foam half a cup of sugar. Mix with cooked and poizstinal milk cream, made from fresh milk, 3-4 tbsp sugar, flour and flavored with vanilla. Finally add the chopped walnuts. baked base, still hot is transferred to the wet cloth and smeared with cream.
