Focaccia - thin pita with spices

Ingredients
2 and 1/2 cup flour
1 cup hot water
20 g fresh yeast
sunflower oil or olive oil
spices - fenugreek, red pepper, basil, thyme and other of your choice
salt
pinch of sugar

Method
Dissolve yeast in warm water. It is added to the flour in which you have previously put 1 tsp salt, pinch of sugar and 1 tbsp sunflower oil. Knead a soft dough. There is no need to do a lot of kneading and long enough to collect. Cover and leave to rise. Once it is ready to intervene again and spread out in a rectangular tray measuring about 20-35 cm of baking paper. Spread top with plenty of olive oil or sunflower oil and sprinkle with colored salt. I do it with salt, pepper, fenugreek, basil, but anyone can sprinkle it to your liking. Allow about 15 minutes to rise. Before baking can be dusted with a little olive oil. Bake in preheated oven at 200C 15-20 minutes. After removing the roof is to remain soft.
