Fried chicken with peanuts

Ingredients
1 chicken
200 g cooked and peeled peanuts
salt
pepper
peanut butter or sunflower oil
Method
Put to bake with a little oil first cleaned and washed young chicken. Remove it from the oven before it is fully baked. Allow it to cool and cut it into pieces. Crush in a mortar 200 g cooked and shelled peanuts. Put them in a saucepan, pour them a 1-2 cup water and cook them in a thick porridge. Sprinkle the chicken pieces with salt and pepper and dip them in peanut porridge, then fry until browned in a highly heated peanut butter (sunflower oil).
