Fried couscous for breakfast

Ingredients
couscous according portion (around 100 g per person)
1 tbsp butter or margarine
salt
paprika
cheese

Method
Heat the butter or margarine in a deep bowl and pour cous-Kusa. Stir constantly until lightly browning. Pour water about 1-2 inches above the cous-Kusa and salt it lightly (the feta cheese can also be savory). Be careful when pouring water - much spray - first little water and gradually increase. When cooked, drain and sprinkle with red pepper and feta cheese. * With the same success you can prepare and sugar and feta cheese, skipping salting when cooking. * I have tried a low-fat margarine spreads - not working well, removed a lot of water and fry well cous-Kusa.

Iliana, Bravo said that this old recipe! I've forgotten, and indeed thus prepared cous-Kusa becomes very tasty, regardless of how it is served - in sweet or salty version! :)
