Ingredients
500 g couscous
sunflower oil
3-4 tomatoes
100 g feta cheese
100 g cheese
1 clove garlic
1/2 cube of vegetable or chicken broth
soy sauce
pepper
basil
Method
Fry cous-Kusa in sunflower oil, as slightly brown grains. Dolly water and boil until tender. Already finished couscous expression, plaknem with cold water and mix it in a bowl of sliced cheese. In a separate vessel sliced tomatoes and garlic. Fry them slightly and add the soy sauce, the feta cheese, spices and a little water if the mixture is too thick. Leave for 10-something minutes on low heat and then pour the cous-Kusa with the resulting sauce.
