Fried fish with sauce podluchen

Ingredients
1 kg of fish
1 small head of garlic
10 walnuts
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
2 cup (400 g) yogurt
salt
pepper
Method
Fish is cleaned, washed and sprinkle with salt and pepper, then fry in fat. Grind the garlic with a little salt. Add the walnuts and knocking until a thick porridge. Yogurt mix with 2 tbsp of Strain fat, which is fried fish, and added to the walnut porridge. The mixture is stirred well, then it is poured fried fish.
