Fried pancakes

Ingredients
4 eggs
6 tbsp flour or starch
sugar for sprinkling
2 egg whites
sunflower oil for frying
Method
Beat eggs with 4 tbsp starch. In another bowl whisk two egg whites with the other 2 tablespoons of starch. Heat the oil and fry a few pancakes with thickness 0.5 cm. Cut into strips of width 3 cm, immersed in the egg white mixture, and fry again. Before served sprinkled with sugar, which optional can be put cinnamon or vanilla.
