Fried rolls with minced meat

Ingredients
900 g puff pastry
100 g rice
100 g cabbage
1 carrot
250 g minced meat
1 pepper
1 pressed garlic clove
1 egg white
salt
fat frying
Method
Rice Clean and wash, cabbage, pepper and cut into julienne, carrots - on small cubes. In fat stew minced meat, add the vegetables, add salt to make up some hot water and leave to cook until tender. The dough is cut into small rectangles, each put 2 tbsp of stuffing and twist roll. The ends of the rolls are glued with egg white. Fry in heated sunflower oil for about 3 minutes.
