Fried spinach balls with onion

Ingredients
1 kg spinach
2 bunches of spring onions
2 eggs
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
sunflower oil
red pepper
pepper
salt
Method
Clean the spinach from the stems and roots and Flood Wash under running water. Vazvarya to 1 liter of water, added salt and spinach, infused over 1-2 minutes. Then spinach drained and squeezed his hand. In less fat stew the chopped onion. Add spinach, salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Mix. Remove from heat and leave to cool. Beat eggs with breadcrumbs and add to the already cooled spinach mixture. The highly preheated oil placed spinach balls, which are formed using a spoon or by hand. When ready were allowed to drain on kitchen paper. Serve with yogurt or milk sauce of your choice.

I loved the recipe! Bravo!

In the spring so do meatballs nettle or salt bush. In the yogurt add crushed garlic. Oh, right I priyadoha!

Very tasty recipe, but I would add a little Cheese :)
