Gazpacho with avocado

Ingredients
3 avocado
1 small cucumber
1 large green pepper - not spicy
1 large or 2 small tomatoes
1 onion
the juice of 1/2 lemon
50 g of ham or bacon
salt pepper, balsamic vinegar, sugar
olive oil

Method
Tomatoes are cleaned from the seeds and skins, peel cucumber, pepper also be cleaned from the seed. Cut into small pieces products, avocados also the onion into strips and everything to pass a uniform consistency. Add spices. Dry pan bake the ham for a while. Gazpacho is poured into plates, each plate, pour 1 tbsp olive oil and garnish with a slice of ham (bacon) and tomato pieces.

Very nice fresh cold soup. Was quite thick and I had to put a little water to not like mashed :) I put a little coriander (green) and a chili pepper in large presentation sprinkled with smoked paprika, but try it without these spices and it was delicious .
