Ingredients
250 g flour
350 g of powdered sugar
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
150 g butter
2 tbsp lemon juice

Method
Sift the flour and carves well. Top 150 g are sifted powdered sugar, egg and cinnamon is poured into the hollow. Cold butter is broken into pieces and arrange around the edges. Blended into a smooth dough. Wrap in foil and stayed 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Tray covered with baking paper. Heat the oven to 180 C. The dough is kneaded again and rolled on floured surface to a thickness of about 5 mm. Cut out pieces that are baked for 10-15 minutes. Remain to cool.
