Gyuzlemi - fried

Ingredients
600 g of dough for bread
flour
40 g butter
150 g feta cheese
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Dough is divided into 6-8 balls sprinkled with flour. Each ball is rolled into a pita with a diameter of about 15 cm. Spread with softened butter and put one over the other. The tower was allowed to stand for 10-15 minutes in the refrigerator. Then all together are rolled buns maximum thin crust, sprinkle with grated feta cheese and folded in two. With a glass with a blunt edge cut slices that are fried in sunflower oil.

If thrown on saci are even better!

At home we cut them with a lid on the saucepan to the filling from running. Cheese mix it with 1-2 eggs.
