Hen sauce

Ingredients
1 (800 g) hen
3 eggs
2 tbsp (20 g) flour
60 g butter
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
4-5 cloves garlic
1 lemon
vinegar
salt
Method
The chicken is boiled in salted water. Weigh 0.5 liters of broth in it and whisk the eggs and flour, then add the crushed garlic, a little vinegar and the butter. The sauce boil until get the desired consistency, stirring continuously so as not to cross. Hen watered with vegetable oil and bake in the oven until browned. Place in a large bowl and pour the sauce. Round rank slices of lemon.
