Homemade biscotti - II type

Ingredients
300 g sugar
3 eggs
400 g flour
vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling
Method
Beat the egg yolks with 1/3 of the sugar and egg whites - with remaining 2/3 to thick and fluffy. Mix the two mixtures, add the sifted flour, mix very carefully and spray onto paper with a circular spray oblong or round biscuits. Bake in a moderate oven until browned. Sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
