Irish pancakes

Ingredients
1 and 1/4 cup (250 ml) milk
3 eggs
40 g butter
1/4 cup (50 g) powdered sugar
flour
pinch of cinnamon
pinch nutmeg
1 tsp (5 ml) rum
sugar
1 lemon
Method
Flour diluting the milk, add the eggs, melted butter, sugar, nutmeg and rum and stirred liquid heavy dough. In preheated oil fry thin pancakes. Serve sprinkled with sugar, stacked on one another and garnished with lemon slices.
