Jam orange peel with Gelfix Extra 21

2 cups cut orange peel
500 g sugar
Gelfix Extra 2: 1
400 ml water
1/2 tsp citric acid

I had frozen orange peels and use them, maybe with fresh orange peel. Finely chopped, put in a pot of water to boil for 5 minutes. Drip of water placed in a suitable container, I use a pan to content Gelfix Extra 2: 1 mix with 2 tbsp sugar and added to the peel, stir well, add 400 ml hot water and boil for 3 minutes after the addition and the sugar, boiling for 3-4 minutes more, and finally add citric acid and boil for 1 min. The mixture was removed from heat and poured into a pre-washed and dried jars, sealed, and turning with the cap down for 5 minutes. Orange peel with white part. If the jam is made with whole oranges then dropped water.
