Meat in Irish

Ingredients
600 g minced meat
150 g colorful salo
salt
pepper
vegetable oil
Method
Minced meat form 4 large meatballs. Salo is cut into strips (4 cm wide, 20 cm long), wrapped around them and fastened with a toothpick. Smeared with oil and bake 5-10 minutes of BBQ. Inside, the meat must remain slightly raw, so it is better cook alone to determine the length of baking. Meatballs sprinkled with salt and pepper and served plied toast bread.
