Mortal chocolate sponge cakecheta

1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 to 1 cup cocoa
1 cup hot water + 1 tsp coffee
1/2 cup sunflower oil
1 egg
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp vanolov extract

Preheat the oven to 150-160C degrees. Put the pieces of paper for cakes in shapes. In a large bowl mix all dry ingredients and mix them with wire (also able to sift). To add the dry ingredients and the wet and began to mesh all to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Divide dough in trays like them more than 2/3 full. Bake until a toothpick pushed right into the cake does not dry out (I Paiute them about 12 minutes, but I was not even filled trays to 2/3). Cupcakes juicy and thick, it is better to be served without glaze.

It is true that they are killing. :) I recommend it to fans of chocolate foods. They are great and glaze it suited them. Little thought about the salt and vinegar, but I decided to keep my recipe. Except a cake not pulled normal. All are firmly stuck to the paper and I wanted to show them. :)
