200 g nettle
5 potatoes
pepper 1
1 onion
1 tomato
1 carrot
parsley or dill
sunflower oil

Method
Nettle is cleaned, washed and infused for 5 minutes in boiling water. Drain from the water and cut. In a saucepan pour 3 liters of water. It put the diced potatoes and cook about 10 minutes. Add nettles. Onions and fennel (parsley) chopped finely, peppers and tomatoes - diced, grated carrot in large pieces grater. Chop the carrot and fry gently in a pan with a little oil. Add remaining vegetables and leave over medium heat about 5 minutes. Everything is poured into the pan, add the dill (parsley), pepper and salt. Soup leave for another 5 minutes on the stove. In the presentation is placed in each dish in 1 tablespoon sour cream.
