Oil cookies with icing and starch

Ingredients
100 g corn starch
100 g of powdered sugar
1 pinch salt
220 g flour
220 g butter
5 drops of lemon juice

Method
The butter is cut into pieces, add powdered sugar and mix with a mixer until a creamy (may hand to break). Add the sifted flour, starch, salt and knead. At first the dough is very brittle and difficult to collect the ball, but after about 5 minutes of kneading heat of hands gets soft dough. After the dough, wrap in foil and leave for half an hour in the refrigerator, then rolled into a sheet with a thickness of 0.5 mm. With a glass to cut circles or shapes with cookie cutters. Cut figures rank in the pan. Bake in a preheated 170C oven until slightly pinkish on their ends or 15 minutes (depending on oven) and leave to cool. Make a glaze, like break a few drops of lemon juice (from 1/4 lemon) with 100 g of powdered sugar (optional can be added and a egg white). If the mixture is not thick enough, add more powdered sugar. The glaze is divided in half, with one part to add a little red paint pastry. The cookies are decorated according to the fantasy
