Oriental dish with zucchini eggplant and olives

Ingredients
4 zucchini
4 eggplants
1 kg tomatoes
2 heads of garlic
a few sprigs of fresh mint and basil
1 bunch dill
150 g pitted olives
4 eggs
200 g feta cheese
2 cup yogurt
salt and pepper
sunflower oil or olive oil
Method
Sliced ​​zucchini and eggplant are salting in separate containers and left to drain. In a greased baking dish arrange row zucchini, eggplants row in rows next to each other on them and cut the garlic cloves and sprinkle sunflower oil or olive oil, salt, pepper. Bake for 20 minutes without adding water. Then the whole dish arrange the tomatoes, cut into slices, olives, basil and mint - chopped. Bake for 20 minutes. Pour a mixture of beaten eggs, crumbled feta cheese, yogurt and chopped dill. Bake to redness topping.
