3 pangasius fish fillet (or other zander)
3 tbsp lemon juice
3 tbsp white wine
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp sunflower oil (optional)
The fish is seasoned with black pepper and put each fillet on a large piece of aluminum foil. The ends of fthe oil are folded up and is shaped something like a boat. On each fillet put a spoonful of wine, lemon juice, soy sauce and sunflower oil (it is optional, as oily fish). Not salts as soy sauce is savory, but you might be adding a little salt. Sprinkle with chopped lovage and fthe oil is wrapped so as to form packets. Packets are placed in a baking dish and bake in a preheated 200 ° C oven for 20-25 minutes. In the last five minutes fthe oil opens at the top, to seal the fish. Serve with fthe oil.
