Pasta with tomato sauce

Ingredients
macaroni
200 g tomatoes
1 egg
1 onion
1 clove garlic
1 red pepper
1 cube vegetable broth
parsley
1 tbsp mint
salt
1/2 tsp sugar
sunflower oil
Method
Onions, garlic, pepper and cut into large cubes and fry in a little oil. Add the peeled and chopped tomatoes, mint, salt, sugar and vegetable broth. Stews. To the resulting sauce add the chopped hard-boiled egg and parsley and passaged. Boil the pasta. Each serving of pasta pour the sauce.

Comments

I make them in the same way, but add to the sauce and mince everything stirring. In presenting grated cheese and sprinkle with chubrichka. A very tasty dish!
