Peppers red tomatoes and eggs

Ingredients
10-12 (1 kg) peppers
1/2 cup (100 ml) vegetable oil
5-6 (500 g) tomatoes
5 eggs
pepper
parsley
salt
Method
Peppers are cleared from seed, cut into strips and sauté in the oil with a little salt until soften. Add tomatoes, chopped, and sauté until the water evaporates. Then add the beaten eggs, parsley and pepper. The mixture add salt to taste and doizparzhva. The dish is served warm.
