Pork chop with sauce of wild mushrooms

Ingredients
350 g pork chop (chop 1)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
1 sprig thyme presentation
30 ml dry white wine
20 g porcini
20 g mushrooms
Method
Chop seasoned with salt and pepper and fry in 1 tbsp olive oil on both sides for 20 minutes, until a brown crust. Add wine and bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer until reduced by half. In another pan fry the mushrooms in the remaining olive oil for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meat on the plate, garnished with mushrooms and garnish with sprig of thyme.
