Method
Cut the meat into slices and marinate briefly with Uni sauce. Onions and garlic finely chopped. Fry meat, onion and garlic for about 5 minutes, stirring constantly. Then the valley of boiling water to the middle of the meat, add curry and stew under the lid on medium heat for 30 minutes. If you need the occasional valleys less water - must have sosche. Meanwhile, mix the cream, yoghurt and nutmeg - mix well. Shifts the pan from the heat and pour the meat with cream mixture. Stir, season with salt and return the dish to the fire to cook until the sauce thickens. For garnish I used basmati rice, prepared as follows: rice is washed well with cold water. Already the washed rice covered with water two fingers above his level, add salt and put in the microwave on full power for 15 minutes. Three times is stopped and stirred. Once cooked strain through a colander. Still warm, he may add butter. I do not put, and I poured it thoroughly with cold water and again pretsedih- get is great fluffy rice. As a garnish to this dish needs no seasoning.
