Ingredients
2-3 leeks onion
1 sour cabbage
200 g sour cream
black pepper, red pepper, salt
2-3 potatoes
Method
Luke fry. Apart cabbage stew with lard or sunflower oil and spices. Mix them. The potatoes are cut into slices. At the bottom of each pot put potato, cabbage and 1 tbsp cream. Pour a little of the sauce and cabbage. Bake with lids about 40 minutes.
