Potato quartet

Ingredients
1 kg large boiled baby potatoes (8)
salt
1 tomato
100 g feta cheese Mozzarella
100 g feta cheese or Gouda cheese
1 small carrot
1 sprig fresh garlic
4 slices of sausage
4 tbsp tomato paste
150 g minced meat (pure or sausage)
4 tbsp bread crumbs or bread crumbs
4 tbsp grated parmesan
olive oil

Method
Cook potatoes in salted water for 20-25 minutes. Peel is still hot. The oven was heated to 200 C (with fan - 180 C). Potatoes, halve lengthwise and arrange in covered with oiled paper tray. Tomato wash and without seminal part is cut into slices and mozzarella. Gouda cheese or cut into strips. Grate carrot in large pieces. Garlic cut into circles. Half potatoes were divided into 4 parts. One part is covered with salami, tomatoes and mozzarella, another - with tomato puree and stripes Gouda (cheese), third - with minced meat, grated carrots and fresh garlic and the rest - with a mixture of bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese with olive oil. Bake 10-15 minutes.

It seems to me very interesting and original appetizer! Virtually every housewife can put what he wants on the cooked potatoes and then sealed them became great plateau with assorted potatoes, very good idea :)
