All vegetables are left unpeeled, except beets, onions and garlic. Potatoes and beet is cut into long, so as to obtain slices (apple). Carrots cut into circles. Mushrooms remain intact. Onion cut into crescents and cloves remain intact. Everything is mixed in the pan, add salt and add the oil. On top sprinkle with caraway seeds and bake in preheated oven for 40-50 minutes.
