Quick sour

Ingredients
1 jar compote
2-3 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp tipped starch
Quick sour

Method
Separate 1/2 cup juice compote and pass a rest and put to boil with sugar. The starch is dissolved in saliva and poured trickle while stirring. Boil to thicken.

I only tomorrow will try and sprinkle with grated chocolate and nuts, and in the middle a little whipped cream.
