Ingredients
1 onion
2-3 scallions
1 cup Rice
400 g fresh spinach
4 eggs
450 g yogurt
250 g feta cheese
pinch of baking soda
1 tsp salt 2-3 pinches of pepper and mint
100 g butter

Method
Spinach is infused in boiling water for a minute or two. Remove, watered with cold water and cut. Onion cut into small pieces and stew in the butter. Add the rice and fry gently. Add spices, chopped onion and spinach. Pour 2 cups water and bake in the oven at 220C degrees until boil off the water. Cover with pour beaten eggs, yoghurt, the feta cheese and soda. Dopicha to gold.
