Rice with egg and two kinds of onion

Ingredients
200 g of milled rice
2 red onion
2 heads white onion
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 clove garlic
1 piece ginger (2 cm)
1 egg
3 tbsp frozen peas
1 tbsp soy sauce
pepper, salt

Method
Rice is boiled in salted water in a ratio of 1: 2. Chop and thin together with finely chopped garlic and ginger, fry in vegetable oil over high heat, about 2 minutes. The egg was stirred and added to the onions, stirring rapidly for 10-20 seconds until it tightens slightly. Add peas and rice. Mix and keep the stove another 3-4 minutes to warm rice. Season with soy sauce and pepper.
