Ingredients
150 g of milled rice
1 onion
2 carrots
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
2 tbsp peas
2 cloves garlic
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1 cube vegetable broth
fresh parsley for sprinkling
Method
Onion and garlic finely and fry, add other vegetables, also chopped and sauté until almost. Add the rice and pour the broth dissolved in 500 ml water. Let boil. Season to taste, stir and let the fire until ready rice. Before serving, add parsley.
