Ingredients
1 cup lentils
vinegar
2 tbsp olive oil
5-6 cloves garlic
salt, pepper

Method
When the cook lentils, put a little more quantity leave in the fridge. And then another day it pull, strain off the water from it and then seasoning as salad (with vinegar, salt and olive oil) and add the onion and crushed garlic.
