Sauce with ham

Ingredients
1 cup sauce of roasted
1/2 cup tomato juice
1/2 cup broth of mushrooms
1/2 cup strong beef broth
1/2 cup white wine
50 g ham
5-6 mushrooms
15 g butter
pepper
salt
Method
Wine and mushroom broth cook until it evaporates 1/3 volume. Add sauce of roasted, tomato juice, beef broth and pepper. The mixture boil on low heat for ten minutes. Add chopped ham and mushrooms, smothered in the butter. The sauce boil 5 minutes, season with salt and remove from heat. Behaves sandwiching with a lid.
