Schnitzel with mushroom oven

Ingredients
500 g minced meat
2 eggs
1/2 cup yogurt or water
1/2 cup flour
2 potatoes
spices
flour for rolling
# spreads:
3 eggs
150 g cheese
handful of fresh mushrooms
olive oil or sunflower oil
butter

Method
Minced meat is kneaded with boiled potatoes and other products. Formed into cutlets and rolled in flour. Arrange in a greased pan with sunflower oil and baked. At this time in a bowl whisk the eggs, grated cheese and chopped stalks of the mushrooms. Ready cutlets are coated with the mixture and return to the oven. Once you are almost ready on each schnitzel put on caps of the mushrooms with the opening up and mushrooms are put on a piece of butter. Roasted a little more.

Proletina today prepared this recipe, but slightly modified - made meatballs and put them around the potatoes. It was a big yummy! Thank you for shared recipe! I released a photo.
